Reinold logged five points to lift the Knights to a 3-0 victory over the visiting Bryant Bulldogs (Oct. 25) in FDU’s lone contest of the week. The midfielder had a hand in every goal as he registered the first two tallies and assisted on the third. Reinold deposited the eventual game-winner in the 22nd minute to give FDU a 1-0 lead before the rookie tacked on an insurance marker at the 84:29 mark. Less than three minutes later, Reinold was at it again, this time providing the assist on teammate Leslie Ayafor’s goal, solidifying the victory and improving the Knights’ record to 6-8-1 overall and 3-3-1 in NEC play. Reinold, who kicked off the 2009 season as the adidas/NEC Rookie of the Week, currently leads the NEC with 20 points and eight goals, while his four assists are tied for fourth on the loop.
