De Lorenzi helped the Terriers to a pair of victories last week, recording five points on two goals and one assist. The junior midfielder sparked the offensive efforts against Saint Francis (PA) on Friday, giving the Terriers a one-goal lead at the 14:00 mark with a bending shot into the back of the net. The tally proved to be the eventual game-winner, while De Lorenzi went on to add insurance in the 80th minute when he blasted a shot through the keeper’s hands for his second goal of the game and team-best fourth marker of 2009 (tied for seventh in NEC). The performance also marked De Lorenzi’s first multi-goal game of the season. On Sunday, SFNY battled Robert Morris through 85 minutes of action before De Lorenzi started a play with a one-touch pass that resulted in the contest’s lone goal. The Rutherford, NJ product’s three helpers on the year place him in a tie for seventh in the league, while his 11 points are good for a share of eighth on the loop. The Terriers currently sit in third place in the league standings with a 4-1 NEC mark.
