Hordendorf scored a Northeast Conference-high seven goals, two of which were game-winners, during Lock Haven’s three-win week. Helping Lock Haven extend its win streak to nine and remain tied atop the NEC standings with Rider, Hordendorf scored in all three victories. The junior forward provided Lock Haven’s only scoring fewer than four minutes into a 1-0 non-conference victory over Patriot League leader Bucknell. Hordendorf, who accounted for six of LHU’s seven goals in NEC play last week, scored four times in the Haven’s 5-0 win at Siena. The former NEC Rookie of the Year (2007) accounted for all of the scoring in a second consecutive shutout win, 2-0, at Bryant. Hordendorf’s performance during the three-game span allowed the junior forward to reclaim the NEC lead in goals scored (18).
