In his best showing so far in his young career in Hamden, Suprise netted a hat trick to pace the Bobcat offense against Bryant on Friday. The rookie had a pair of goals in the first half before tallying one more in the second stanza, recording all three markers over 59 minutes of action. Suprise gave QU the lead in the 13th minute with his third score of the season after he collected the ball at the top left corner of the box and blasted a shot over the line in the far corner. The forward added insurance in the 32nd minute when he collected a through ball from teammate Nick Pelicaen, split two defenders and slipped a shot past the onrushing BU keeper. Suprise rounded out the scoring at the 64:14 mark when he made a run down the right side and corralled a pass from Durval Pereira, depositing a low shot into the back of the net. Following his six-point showing, Suprise currently leads the Bobcats and shares sixth place in the NEC with 11 points and is tied for third in the league with five goals.
