Milhouse was the standout performer on a pass defense that limited Nicholls State to 10 yards through the air. Duquesne’s junior defensive back made two interceptions in the Dukes’ half of the field. Turning in an all-around effort, Milhouse made three tackles (2 solo), including one for a loss, and forced a fumble. After making a second-quarter interception that gave Duquesne the ball at its own 42, Milhouse struck again on the first play from scrimmage of the second half. The third-year Duke negated NSU’s prime field position (own 48) by picking off a pass at Duquesne’s 30.
