Pieczynski scored two goals in two games, both coming in the clutch. Looking like a seasoned veteran, the freshman forward delivered the game winner in overtime of Monmouth’s 2-1 win at Penn. With Monmouth bidding to start the season with a fourth straight victory, but trailing undefeated West Chester by a 2-1 score, Pieczynski came up big again. The rookie scored the equalizer with 1:14 remaining in regulation before WCU eventually won in overtime.
