Nicolson penned a first-round 76 and shaved two strokes off on day two for a 74 on the Forest Akers West Golf Course in East Lansing, MI. The Edinburgh, Scotland native carded a 37 in the third round, which was shortened to nine holes due to steady rain. Now a three-time NEC Golfer of the Week honoree this season, Nicolson's outing set the pace for the Blackbirds as they competed in a field that featured Michigan State, Ball State and Ohio University.
