The 2009 NEC Indoor Most Outstanding Field Performer captures her first award of the outdoor season thanks to a pair of seventh-place finishes at the always-competitive Texas Relays. Patton surpassed the ECAC Championship qualifying standard for the triple jump and nearly did the same in the high jump. The NEC’s current triple jump leader recorded a distance of 12.27m while also clearing 1.65m in the high jump.
