Lundy qualified for the NCAA East Region Championships in a second throwing event at Virginia’s Lou Onesty Invite. Eclipsing the hammer throw standard and taking the NEC lead in the event, Lundy produced a winning toss of 56.98m. The Conference’s top-ranked shot putter, too, was nearly a meter off his seasonal best at UVA, but still managed to score a seventh-place finish (16.49m).
