After claiming Rookie of the Week honors an unprecedented four times last season, Johnson begins her sophomore campaign by returning to the NEC Honor Roll as Track Athlete of the Week. As part of the Pioneers’ 12th consecutive team title at the Collegiate Track Conference (CTC) Relay Carnival, Johnson notched a victory in the 55-meter dash by clocking in at 7.22, one-hundredth of a second off the qualifying standard for the ECAC Championships. When converted, her 55-meter time is the best 60-meter mark the NEC has season thus far this young season.
