Egusquiza captures her fourth NEC Rookie of the Week award in the season’s final five weeks. With her Broncs having already secured the No. 2 seed in this weekend’s NEC Tournament, the Rider freshman helped end Monmouth’s postseason hopes by tallying her third game-winning goal. Egusquiza provided the only offense Rider would need 5:01 into its 2-0 victory when the first of her three shots on goal beat keeper Melissa Katz. The rookie is only one of five Broncs to start in all 18 games this season.
