Veith has become a major force on the Colonial offense, en route to grabbing her first NEC Rookie of the Week accolade. The middle blocker recorded two double-digit kill matches against Duquesne and Bryant, slamming 10 in each. In those matches, the rookie led the team in hitting percentage, recording a .381 and a .500, respectively. Veith also garnered a career-high hitting percentage (.778) on Oct. 4 against St. Francis (NY). The Columbus, OH native chipped in on defense with three blocks and three digs for the week.
