Hordendorf keeps the NEC Player of the Week award in Lock Haven hands for the fourth consecutive week since the season’s start. Matching teammate Blair Wynne with her second weekly accolade this season, Hordendorf scored six of the Lady Eagles’ 13 goals during a remarkable 3-0 week. Totaling a league-best 13 points on the week, the sophomore forward opened the scoring in Lock Haven’s 2-1 victory over LaSalle before tallying two goals and an assist in a 7-1 rout of Colgate. Hordendorf capped the week by notching a natural hat trick in the first 21 minutes of a 4-0 triumph over Bucknell. The sophomore forward was a three-time NEC Rookie of the Week in 2007.
