Two-time NEC Player of the Year Blair Wynne is now a two-time NEC Player of the Week in 2008. Wynne was responsible for four of Lock Haven’s six goals this past week in leading the Lady Eagles to a pair of non-conference wins. The senior forward began the week by scoring all three of LHU’s goals in a 3-2 overtime defeat of Cornell. Wynne twice erased one-goal deficits with two goals during regulation, the second of which tied the contest with under four minutes remaining, before notching her first hat trick this season on the game-winner seven minutes into the extra session. Two days later, Wynne opened the scoring with her seventh goal of the young season in Lock Haven’s 3-1 triumph over Lafayette.
