Ryan garners NEC Athlete of the Week accolades after pacing the Mount with an 11th-place finish (16:27.84) on Friday as they hosted the Mount St. Mary’s 5K Duals. The junior averaged a 5:32 mile in a meet that featured 62 runners from five other schools, including UMBC, American, Maryland, Temple and George Washington.
