Gabriel has only been on United States soil for two weeks, but she is already making her presence felt at Robert Morris. Helping build a fledgling program, Gabriel scored two goals on the week, her first ever week of collegiate play. The freshman forward contributed to the Colonials’ 4-3 shootout victory over Appalachian State when her first career tally knotted the game at 1-1 only second before the halftime buzzer. Two days later, Gabriel pulled the Colonials even with Missouri State before they would drop a 2-1, three-overtime heartbreaker.
