Tesseyman is one of only two NEC pitchers to beat the heavy-hitting Hawks this season, and he did so in impressive fashion. The senior right-hander went the distance to notch his fifth victory of the season, scattering eight hits and striking out six over nine innings of work in the series finale. The Hawks, who are hitting a league-best .314 and have scored a conference-high 277 runs, managed only one run, which scored on a double-play grounder, off Tesseyman. The senior righty, who is 5-3 on the season, has three complete games under his belt.
