Meadus earned Fairleigh Dickinson a split of its four-game series with NEC rival Wagner by stifling the Seahawks’ bats over nine masterful innings of two-hit ball in a 4-0 victory. Pitching the first complete-game shutout of his collegiate career, Meadus struck out six and faced only four batters over the minimum. A game after Wagner battered the Knights’ staff for five homers and 13 total runs, Meadus stabilized the staff once again in picking up his team-best third win this season.
