Ottey served as the offensive catalyst for the Pioneers last week with six goals and a pair of assists in wins over the two programs that have combined to capture the last four NEC titles. Ottey scored three times - one on an eight-meter free position shot - and added a caused turnover in a 12-9 conquest of defending league champion Monmouth on Thursday. She rung up five points on Saturday to lead Sacred Heart to an 11-10 victory over Mount St. Mary’s. In that outing, Ottey converted another free position shot and scored all three of her goals in the first half as the Pioneers built a 7-4 advantage at the break. The Baltimore, MD product also set up teammates Mary Montesarchio and Carissa Hauser in the win. Ottey currently ranks second on the Pioneers with 15 goals, four assists and 19 points. She paces the NEC with nine free position goals.
