Vuono notched two first-place finishes this past weekend at Princeton’s New Year Invitational, one of which qualified the senior sprinter for the IC4A Championships. Vuono won the 500-meter event by clocking in at 1:04.61 to guarantee himself a spot at the long-running championship meet that will commence in March. The New Jersey native anchored the winning 4x400-meter relay squad, which came up slightly more than two seconds short of the IC4A standard.
