Ecke was a major player in both of Rider’s conference victories, scoring a game-winning goal in overtime and assisting on another gamewinner. The freshman displayed her defensive abilities and offensive prowess in the final two minutes of the Broncs’ 3-2 overtime win at Monmouth. After making a huge defensive save by clearing the ball off the line, she converted the winning penalty corner with 52 ticks on the clock. She also assisted on the game’s first goal. In a 3-1 win over Sacred Heart, Ecke assisted on the eventual gamewinner.
