Brito’s offensive exploits have helped boost Quinnipiac to a 4-0 start, the best in school history. Last week, he scored four times in a pair of victories at the Army Fall Classic, including a hat trick in the Bobcats’ 3-2 win over the previously unbeaten Cadets in double overtime. All three goals against Army were unassisted, including the game-winner, which came 2:10 into the second overtime period. With the Bobcats nursing a one-goal lead against Marist, Brito netted an insurance marker in the 77th minute en-route to a 3-1 victory. Brito, who hails from Sao Nicolau, Cape Verde, was named to the All-Tournament team for his efforts. He is currently tied for the NEC lead with five goals and ranks second with 11 points.
