Blacido is the recipient of his second Brine/NEC Rookie of the Week award this season after contributing to Fairleigh Dickinson’s late flurry that resulted in a 2-1 double overtime win over Quinnipiac in Hamden on Friday. With time running down in the second extra frame, the Ramsey, NJ product sent a through ball to Alejandro Bedoya, who netted the game-winner from just inside the 18-yard box at the 108:41 mark. Blacido now ranks third on the Knights in three individual categories with three goals, three assists and nine points.
