Wilson enjoyed an outstanding start to her collegiate career, posting a 5-0 record last week to earn Prince/NEC Player of the Week honors. The highlight came over the weekend at the Eastern Collegiates hosted by Army, where she won the Flight B singles crown following four straight set victories. She defeated Brown’s Michelle Pautier in the final, 6-3, 6-2, after downing two Big East opponents and an America East foe along the way. She also beat Siena’s Karina Davis, 6-2, 6-2, in a #3 flight match to provide the clinching point in the Bobcats’ 4-3 win over the Saints last Tuesday.
