The 2005 NEC Rookie of the Year placed second in a field of 325 runners representing 27 teams at the Connecticut College Invitational. Henry’s time of 18:13 broke the course record and was just seven seconds behind the race winner. Henry’s time was a personal best and the second-fastest 5,000 meter time in school history.
