Howe recorded his first career multi-goal effort in the Blue Devils’ season-opening 2-1 double overtime win over #14 Loyola Marymount last Monday. The sophomore defender tied the game 5:37 into the second half on a header off a free kick from classmate Yan Klukowski and scored the game-winner on a header 36 seconds into the second extra session. Following a scoreless tie at Siena on Wednesday, the New Zealand native tallied his team-leading third goal - all on headers - in CCSU’s 5-2 victory over St. Peter’s on Sunday. Howe converted a David Tyrie free kick in the 48th minute. For his performance, Howe was named to the College Soccer News Team of the Week.
