broke his own school record and was the runner-up in the javelin at the Penn Relays. Smith’s toss of 238’ 9" shattered his own school record by 9’ 1.5" and he finished just 2’6" behind the winner from UNC. His toss is over 30 feet better than any other NEC competitor and ranks fourth in the nation.
