Gillespie belted six home runs and hit .440 (11-for-25), leading Long Island to a 5-3 mark last week. The junior also collected 10 RBI, scored nine runs, tallied five walks and is in the midst of a seven-game hit streak. She started the week off with a 3-for-6 performance, which included a solo home run in a doubleheader sweep of Wagner and followed with three hits and an RBI against defending Big East champion Seton Hall.
