Goode batted .600 (9-for-15) with eight runs scored, 12 RBI, two home runs, two doubles and a triple to help the Mount to a 4-0 mark last week and to continue its best start in program history with a 15-12 overall mark. The senior fueled the Mount attack in a 12-0 win over Coppin State, going 4-for-4 with two homers, seven RBI and three runs scored. In each of her first two plate appearances, Goode drilled a three-run homer to tie the program’s single season homer mark of eight. In a 6-0 win over Colgate, Goode was 2-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored. She put the Mountaineers on the board in the first with an RBI single and then added another RBI single in the squad’s five-run second inning. Goode paces the team with a .418 average, 38 hits, eight homers and 30 RBI.
