Tucker made sure his final game on Arute Field was one to remember as he posted a career-high 15 tackles (4 solo) in a 15-13 victory over Monmouth at New Britain on Saturday, giving the Blue Devils sole possession of first place in the NEC with a 4-1 league mark. The all-conference linebacker also logged two sacks, two tackles-for-loss, a career-high three pass breakups and a forced fumble, leading CCSU to four wins in its last five games, including three straight NEC victories. The Tucker-led defense held Monmouth to an early, first-quarter touchdown and two field goals and guaranteed that his senior class would be the first senior group in 30 years to leave CCSU with a winning record.
