Lehto scored both goals for Long Island as the Blackbirds picked up their first league win of the season with a 2-1 double overtime victory over neighborhood rival St. Francis (NY) on Sunday. He recorded the game-winner off a rebound with less than four minutes to play in the match. Lehto had evened the score at 1-1 early in the second half after he received a long pass from Josh Merchant and beat the Terrier goalie with a shot into the upper corner of the net. Lehto, who hails from Lahti, Finland, now leads the Blackbirds with four goals and nine points.
