In a battle of field position, the sophomore and three-time NEC Special Team Player of the Week winner also punted nine times for 356 yards (39.6 avg.), downing five kicks inside Monmouth’s 20-yard line, including three inside the five-yard line. With Wagner leading 26-20 and 1:30 remaining in the fourth quarter, the Keyport, NJ native pinned the Hawks at the two-yard line with no timeouts remaining. Only one of Czech’s nine punts was returnable for a total of three yards.
