With the 40 digs versus WVU, the rookie libero now ranks among the national leaders in single-game dig performances and holds the top spot in digs in the NEC overall (40), and for 3-game (24), 4-game (40) and 5-game (32) performances. Gibson has led the Colonials defense in all 11 matches this season, has recorded double digit digs in 10 of 11 contests and is currently on a seven-match double digit digs streak.
