Crowley earns Athlete of the Week honors for the second time this season after leading Central Connecticut State to its first-ever victory over Massachussetts. The junior recorded UMass pool records in the 100 breast (1:03.25), 50 free (24.02) and 100 free (52.18) and swam the second leg of the 200 medley relay team that also recorded a pool record (1:48.86). The 200 medley relay team also set a new school record and Crowley’s time in the 100 breast set a new CCSU record, and is also an NCAA B qualifying time. Crowley currently holds the fastest time in the conference in the 100 breast (1:03.25) and 200 breast (2:23.92) and ranks second in the 50 free (23.73), 100 free (52.18) and 200 IM (2:08.52).
