Brookman led Central Connecticut State to a pair of dual meet victories over Holy Cross, 164-119, and Vermont, 148.5-133.5, setting two pool records on the day. Brookman won the 100 fly (59.36) and 200 fly (2:08.29), breaking the Holy Cross pool record in both events. The freshman currently holds the top time in the NEC in both events (100 fly - 58.74; 200 fly - 2:07.02).
