Tucker had the game of his career in Central Connecticut State’s third win in a row and 28-13 triumph over Marist on Saturday night. The junior posted a game-high 12 tackles, including three for a loss, two sacks, and a game-clinching 40-yard interception return for a touchdown. Tucker, the team’s leading tackler this year, assisted the Blue Devil defense in holding the Red Foxes to just 32 rushing yards on 38 carries. Tucker’s interception return in the fourth quarter gave the Blue Devils a 28-13 lead with 3:36 remaining in the game. The Warren, OH native’s second sack of the game came on a key third down and eight plays after CCSU had taken a 14-13 lead early in the fourth quarter, forcing a Red Fox punt.
