Harrison’s second weekly honor of the season comes after leading the Blue Devils to the adidas/Hypertherm championship at Dartmouth over the weekend. Harrison was named the Offensive MVP after scoring four goals, including a hat trick - his second of the season - in a 4-3 win over Bradley on Sunday. In the tourney opener on Friday, Harrison booted in the game-winner in the 63rd minute on a 35-yard blast as the Blue Devils defeated Temple, 2-1. In the win over Bradley, the native of Eastbourne, England converted a penalty kick in the early stages of the contest, then knocked in a Nathan Meade cross 11 minutes into the second half to give CCSU a 2-1 edge. With the score tied at 3-3 with under seven minutes to play, Harrison took Caleb Neves’ free kick and deposited the ball in the net for his second game-winner of the weekend. Harrison, who was also named to the College Soccer News National Team of the Week, leads the NEC and is ranked in the top-ten nationally in both goals (nine) and points (19).
