Hinton had the best game of his career on Saturday, collecting 14 tackles, a pass breakup and returning an interception 44 yards for a touchdown late in the third quarter in Wagner’s 21-13 NEC victory over Stony Brook. After an eight tackle first half, and with the Seahawks clinging to a narrow 14-13 lead in the third quarter, Hinton jumped in front of a Stony Brook pass in the flat and raced untouched into the endzone for his first career pick-off and score. Hinton now leads Wagner and ranks fourth in the NEC in tackles (27).
