Linebacker Brian Sullivan stifled the Sacred Heart offense on Saturday, recording six total tackles, including three for loss of yardage and two sacks in a 27-6 win over the Pioneers. The junior played a large role in the Blue Devils holding Sacred Heart to 1-of-13 on third-down attempts and 11 drives of six or fewer plays. Along with his two quarterback sacks, Sullivan halted a failed reverse by the Pioneers to add to his tackle total. The six points allowed by CCSU were the fewest allowed in a home game since the 1998 season.
