James was first in the 200m (21.31), third in the 400m (47.14) and was part of the 4x400m relay team that was second (3:12.44) at the Boston Univ. Invite. The 200m and relay times qualify for the IC4As, while the 400m mark provisionally qualifies him for the NCAA Championship.
