In the second best single-game receiving performance in NEC history, Sales caught 14 passes for 172 yards, including a fingertip grab on a 38-yard touchdown reception in the first quarter of St. Francis (PA)’s near upset of Monmouth on Saturday. Sales fell four catches shy of equaling former Red Flash receiver Jeremy Nunamaker, who established the league standard with 18 grabs versus Sacred Heart on October 2, 1999. The 14 receptions also tied for third in school annals, while the 172 yards ranks second on the Red Flash’s all-time list.
